Chillist ("we", "our", "the app") is a task management app that prioritizes your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Your tasks, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not have access to your task data, and it is never uploaded to our servers or any third party. If you uninstall the app, this data is deleted.
When you add a task, the task title (up to 200 characters) is sent to our server to categorize it into the appropriate Eisenhower Matrix quadrant using AI. This text is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers.
A random device identifier is generated and stored on your device. This identifier is used solely to verify Chillist Pro subscription status. It is not linked to your personal identity.
The free version of Chillist displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data including your advertising ID to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. Chillist Pro subscribers do not see ads.

If you enable reminders, the app uses local notifications scheduled on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.
Chillist is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
